Refund policy
Returns
If you would like to return your items for any reason, you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@globalleagueshop.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory. Because of this, we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at hello@globalleagueshop.com.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period, but once production begins, we can no longer cancel the order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@globalleagueshop.com.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
